This is a decent PTZ networking camera. I will say that its features are low end, but so is the price.. Overall I have had the unit running 2 years now without an issue. To view the "feed" you either install the software ( easy) or connect to the built in WEB server and download a Java packet to view on your PC.. no options for smart-phones.. Nice items.. day/ nite viewing ( i have tested it in almost pitch dark) as well as a digital 3X zoom.. an added plus.. built in mic that is pretty good! ( I can pick-up people talking outside the house) mic's tonal quality is fairly low although.... it has all the standard features found on other ( expensive) PTZ cameras, but at a lower quality... Works with W2K, XP and Vista (so far)

This product was very easy to set up and place into use. Very simple setup and worked right out of the box. Multiple user logins are available with 3 different sets of rights (admin, user, guest). There are 8 different presets so you can go right to a particular position, or you can step through the pan-tilt controls. You can even configure how much the camera moves for each step. The night-vision feature is great, and works very well. We use this inside as a baby monitor. I highly recommend this for simple security/baby/grandma monitoring. I have not tried recording yet, as we really don't have a need for that.
